Versatility
Why we deliberately don't specialize in one thing
Plenty of contractors pick a narrow lane. There's nothing wrong with that, but it puts the coordination problem back on you: one company for the deck, another for the grading it sits on, another for the drainage that should have been fixed first.
We'd rather be able to take the whole thing. That's also why we self-perform excavation, grading, and drainage instead of subcontracting it out — it's the piece most likely to hold up everything downstream of it.
