Overview
Outdoor structures in Iowa take a beating. Freeze-thaw cycles, wind, and standing water find every shortcut in a footing, a paver base, or a fastener within a few seasons.
We build outdoor space with the substructure done properly — correct footing depth, a base that won't settle, correct hardware, and drainage that moves water away from the house rather than toward it. The part you stop seeing once it's finished is the part that decides how long it lasts.
Because we do our own site work, patio bases, deck footings, and the drainage around them are handled by the same crew rather than coordinated between two companies.
