Overview
Exterior work is the least glamorous money a property owner spends and usually the best spent. Everything inside depends on the outside doing its job.
We work on the building envelope as a whole rather than one piece of it, so a siding or roofing project doesn't stop at the edge of the problem when the real cause is trim, flashing, or the grade against the foundation.
If you're not sure whether what you're seeing is a roof problem, a siding problem, or a water problem, that's a reasonable thing to be unsure about. We will come look and tell you which one it is.
